Bay Dental contracts with many of the dental benefit plans that companies in the Green Bay area subscribe to. As a courtesy, we verify patient benefits as well as submit claims. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and check.

We strive to keep our patients well-informed with regard to insurance issues by utilizing online tools and making phone calls to insure we give the most accurate insurance information. We attempt to determine what your out-of-pocket portion will be ahead of time by calculating your copay, deductable, premium. This way you will not have any financial surprises.
For work that needs to be sent to a dental laboratory or larger cases, we require a percentage down payment. For patients of record that do not have dental insurance we can oftentimes work out a payment plan for patients who want to get their treatment completed.
